Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping but there are no other fees. A lot of other stores charge a restocking fee for returns, The Tapestry Standard does not so you can shop with confidence. No Restocking fee!
- Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Tapestries must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, loose threads, pulls in the tapestry, animal hair, human hair, stains, burns and odors.
If you receive your tapestry and it is damaged in any way, you have 5 days to contact us to report it. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it. If you need to return an item please use our Live Support Link or fill out the form below. You will be issued an RMA and instructions on how to send your tapestry back to us.

Due to the handmade nature of these tapestries there will be some small variations in size and yarn hue. All of these tapestries are imported from Europe and ship from Canada. Please visit our Tapestries Shipping FAQ for more information.
